产后缺乳产妇采用中医经络按摩联合中药熏蒸仓护理的价值

Value of Nursing Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Warehouse for Postpartum Lactation Puerpera

目的探究中医经络按摩联合中药熏蒸仓护理应用于产后缺乳产妇的效果。方法本次研究对象全部选自2019年4月至2019年6月在本院产后门诊治疗的92例产后缺乳产妇,按照不同的催乳方式将患者分成两组,即试验组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组产妇实施普通乳房按摩治疗,试验组产妇在对照组的基础上实施中医经络按摩联合中药熏蒸仓治疗,对比两种操作对产后缺乳产妇的影响。结果试验组产妇的护理有效率为95.65%,对照组为80.43%,二者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇的乳汁初次分泌时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,试验组和对照组产妇的补授乳量、泌乳量、乳房充盈评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医经络按摩联合中药熏蒸仓护理应用于产后缺乳产妇的效果较显著,可明显缩短泌乳开始时间,增加泌乳量。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine meridian massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation warehouse nursing on postpartum lactation.Methods Ninety-two cases of postpartum lactation-defi cient mothers treated in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to diff erent methods of lactation:experimental group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was given ordinary breast massage.On this basis,the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation warehouse combination.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine meridian massage,the effect of two kinds of operation on parturient women was compared.Results The eff ective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 95.65%,compared with 80.43%in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the initial secretion time between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in breast supplement volume,lactation volume and breast filling score before nursing(P>0.05),but there was signifi cant diff erence after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of meridian massage combined with fumigation warehouse nursing in postpartum lactation hypoxia puerpera is remarkable,which can obviously shorten the beginning time of lactation and increase the amount of lactation.
