胆囊炎患者的围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Patients with Cholecystitis

目的探讨胆囊炎患者的围手术期护理效果,总结护理体会。方法选择2017年12月至2019年1月于丹东市第一医院接受手术治疗的400例胆囊炎患者,根据入院时间的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组200例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组给予围手术期综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胆囊炎患者的围手术期护理中应用综合护理具有良好的效果,患者的满意度较高。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods and application eff ects of cholecystitis patients and summarize the nursing experience.Methods We selected 400 patients with cholecystitis who underwent surgical treatment at Dandong First Hospital from December 2017 to January 2019.Ac cording to the order of admission time,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given perioperative routine care,and the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive care.Compare the nursing eff ect of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with cholecystitis has a good eff ect,and the patient's satisfaction is high.
