综合护理干预在外伤性脾破裂脾切除术后康复中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Rehabilitation Nursing after Splenectomy for Traumatic Splenic Rupture

目的观察综合护理干预在外伤性脾破裂脾切除术后康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月阜新市第六人民医院收治的80例外伤性脾破裂患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行脾切除术,按照围手术期护理干预方法的不同将所有患者分为对照组(40例,采用常规护理干预)与试验组(40例,采用综合护理干预),比较两组患者护理干预的效果。结果试验组患者术后首次进食时间、肛门首次排气时间、脾窝引流管拔除时间以及平均住院时间均短于对照组,术后72 h的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在外伤性脾破裂脾切除术后康复中的应用效果明显优于围手术期常规护理干预效果。

Objective To observe the eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation nursing after splenectomy for traumatic splenic rupture.Methods Eighty patients with traumatic splenic rupture admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Fuxin City from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent splenectomy.All patients were divided into the control group(40 cases,using conventional nursing intervention)and the experimental group(40 cases,using comprehensive nursing intervention)according different perioperative nursing intervention methods,the eff ects of nursing intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The time of fi rst eating,the time of fi rst exhausting the anus,the removal time of the spleen fossa drainage tube and the average length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)were better than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with traumatic splenic rupture undergoing splenectomy is better than that of routine nursing intervention during perioperative period.
