急诊护理对一氧化碳中毒患者急救效率和神经功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析一氧化碳中毒患者急救中使用急诊护理后对急救效率和神经功能恢复的影响。方法研究开始于2018年3月,结束于2020年3月,在此期间从我院治疗的一氧化碳中毒的患者中选取72例为主要分析对象。将其分为对照组和观察组并使用不同护理干预方法。比较两组患者急救效率和患者的神经功能恢复情况。结果对照组患者的抢救成功率为91.67%相对于观察组的100.0%较低,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的Barthel指数为(64.28±1.88)相对于观察组(77.89±7.26)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在一氧化碳中毒患者的急救过程中使用急诊护理方法,能够有效的提高急救效率,对患者神经功能的恢复有着积极作用,临床中可深入推广。 Objective To explore the eff ect of emergency nursing on the fi rst aid effi ciency and neurological function recovery of carbon monoxide poisoning patients.Methods The study began in March 2018 and ended in March 2020.During this period,72 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning were selected as the main analysis objects.They were divided into control group and observation group,and diff erent nursing intervention methods were used.The fi rst aid effi ciency and neurological recovery were compared.Results The rescue success rate of the control group(91.67%)was lower than that of the observation group(100.0%),the diff erence between the two groups was very signifi cant(P<0.05);the Barthel index of the control group(64.28±1.88)was lower than that of the observation group(77.89±7.26),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emergency nursing methods in the emergency treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning patients can eff ectively improve the effi ciency of emergency treatment,and have a positive eff ect on the recovery of patients'neurological function,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
