延续性护理对社区原发性高血压患者院外遵医行为及健康生活方式的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Out-of-hospital Compliance Behavior and Healthy Lifestyle of Community Essential Hypertension Patients

目的探讨延续性护理对社区原发性高血压患者院外遵医行为及健康生活方式的影响。方法选取我院(2018年2月至2018年7月)原发性高血压患者94例,根据建档顺序不同分组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理。比较两组患者院外遵医行为、护理满意度、生活方式及血压[收缩压(systolicbloodpressure,SBP)、舒张压(systolic blood pressure,DBP)]控制情况。结果研究组遵医率(93.62%)、护理满意度(95.74%)高于对照组(74.47%、80.85%)(P<0.05);干预后研究组生活方式评估得分、血压控制水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提高社区原发性高血压患者院外遵医行为,改善患者健康生活方式,有效控制血压,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing on out-of-hospital compliance behavior and healthy lifestyle of community essential hypertension patients.Methods From February 2018 to July 2018,94 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital were selected and grouped according to admission time,47 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of out-of-hospital compliance,nursing satisfaction,lifestyle and blood pressure systolicbloodpressure,systolic blood pressure control.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.62%and the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.74%,which was higher than 74.47%and 80.85%of the control group(P<0.05);the life style evaluation score and blood pressure control level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the out-ofhospital compliance behavior of community essential hypertension patients,improve their healthy lifestyle,eff ectively control blood pressure and promote the nursing satisfaction.
