摘要
中链脂肪酸是含有6~12个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸,可以被动物有效地吸收和代谢,常用于动物营养中。中链脂肪酸不仅可以为动物快速提供能量,同时具有改善动物机体肠道发育、调控免疫功能和调节肠道菌群等多种生理功能。简述了中链脂肪酸的生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用,旨在为研究中链脂肪酸在动物营养中的应用提供理论上的参考。
The length of medium-chain fatty acids ranges from 6 to 12 carbon atoms,which can be absorbed and metabolized efficiently and are therefore used for animal nutrition.Medium-chain fatty acids can not only provide rapid energy for animal,but also have numerous physiological such as improve intestinal development,regulating immune functions and intestinal microbiota.This review summarizes physiological function of medium-chain fatty acids and their application in animal production.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for the application of medium-chain fatty acids in animal nutrition.
