南美白对虾饲料中大豆浓缩蛋白替代红鱼粉的研究

摘要 通过设计3组不同比例大豆浓缩蛋白替代红鱼粉的饲料,探究大豆浓缩蛋白不同替代水平对南美白对虾生长和饲料利用及血液指标的影响。大豆浓缩蛋白对红鱼粉的替代水平分别设置为0、28.5%和57%,同时在替代组中添加2%的鱿鱼膏作为诱食剂。选择初始体重为(3.0±0.1)g的试验虾960尾,随机分成3组,每组4个平行,进行为期8周的养殖试验。结果表明,替代组成活率、增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率、饲料效率、体组成、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总抗氧化能力与对照组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但是与对照组相比,随着替代比例的上升,超氧化物歧化酶指标表现出明显的差异性(P<0.05)。由此得出,在本研究中南美白对虾的生长、营养成分等指标受到的影响均不显著,但南美白对虾的健康水平随着替代比例的增加而呈现降低趋势。 By designing three groups of feeds with different ratios of soy protein concentrate instead of brown fish meal,the effects of different substitution levels of soy protein concentrate on the growth,feed utilization and blood index of penaeus vannamei were explored.The substitution levels of soy protein concentrate for brown fish meal were set to 0,28.5%and 57%.At the same time,2%squid paste was added as phagostimulant in the substitution group.A total of 960 penaeus vannamei with an initial weight of 3.0±0.1 g were randomly divided into 3 groups,each with 4 parallel groups,for an 8-week breeding experiment.The results showed that there was no significant difference in survival rate,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,protein efficiency,feed efficiency,body composition,Glutamic pyruvic transaminase,Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,and total antioxidant capacity between the replacement group and the control group(P>0.05).owever,compared with the control group,the superoxide dismutase index showed a significant difference with the increase of substitution ratio(P<0.05).Therefore,in this study,the growth and nutritional components of penaeus vannamei were not significantly affected,but the health level of penaeus vannamei showed a decreasing trend as the replacement ratio increased.
