摘要
近年来,液相色谱-质谱联用(HPLC-MS)技术由于兼具液相色谱的高分离能力和质谱的高灵敏度、高专属性特点,正逐渐成为食品安全研究中强有力的分析工具。简要介绍了HPLC-MS的基本特点,并对其在食品添加剂检测中的应用和研究进展进行了综述。
In recent years,High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS)technology is gradually becoming a powerful analytical tool in food safety research due to the high separation capability of liquid chromatography and the high sensitivity and high specificity of mass spectrometry.The basic characteristics of HPLC-MS are briefly introduced,and its application and research progress in the detection of food additives are reviewed.
