不同发光半角的方形LED阵列发光特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 应用LED芯片的照度公式,构建了5×5方形LED阵列发光模型,通过幂函数拟合的方式得到单颗LED不同发光半角对方形阵列的中心照度、光斑半径、发散角的变化规律,同时也分析了不同发光半角、阵列距离、接收面半径三个因子对方形阵列辐照均匀度影响程度的大小。结果表明:幂函数拟合可以较好地将发光半角与中心照度、光斑半径、发散角的数值关系表现出来。随着发光半角的增大,阵列的中心照度近似线性降低;光斑半径逐渐增大,递增的速率逐渐上升;发散角不断增加,最终达到某饱和点附近。接收面面积对于方形阵列辐照均匀度的影响因子最大为0.748,阵列距离对辐照均匀度的影响因子为0.179,发光半角对于辐照均匀度的影响最小为0.073。 Using the illuminance formula of LED chip to construct a 5×5 square LED array luminous model.The central illumination,spot radius and divergence angle of a single LED with different luminous half angles to square arrays are obtained by power function fitting.At the same time,the influence degree of three factors of different luminous half angle,array distance and receiving surface radius on the uniformity of square array irradiation are also analyzed.The results show that power function fitting can better show the numerical relationship between luminous half angle and center illumination,spot radius and divergence angle.With the increase of the luminous half angle,the central illumination of the array decreases approximately linearly,the radius of the spot increases gradually,the increasing rate increases gradually,and the divergence angle increases to a certain saturation point.The maximum influence factor of the area of the receiver surface on the radiation uniformity of the square array is 0.748.The influence factor of the array distance on the uniformity of radiation is 0.179.The least effect of the luminous half angle on the radiation uniformity is 0.073.
