首先介绍了动车组技术手册编制现状及存在的问题,然后重点介绍技术手册管理体系的概念、建设要求、建设思路和建设规划。
Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of compiling the CRH technical manuals.Then it mainly introduces the concept,construction requirements,construction ideas and construction plans of the management system of the CRH technical manual.
