摘要
基于多智能体技术以研发变电站机器人远程集控系统,促进了智能巡检机器人技术实用化。文章基于Java2平台企业版标准构建机器人远程集控系统,贯通于站内机器人、资产(生产)管理等系统的数据通道,实现开放式的资源共享,使机器人巡视融入生产管理体系。提出基于多智能体系统的巡检机器人集中调度控制方法,并通过统一信息模型,解决巡检任务模型与不同机器人私有协议之间的兼容性难题,使机器人资源得以充分应用。应用效果表明,机器人巡检远程集控系统可融合处理巡检所需数据,并集中控制机器人,有助于推进机器人智能技术更好地落地应用。
In order to better apply robot for the substation inspection,a remote centralized control system based on multi-agent technology is developed.A Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition based robot remote control system was built,and the data channel with the robot and asset management system was established to realize open resource sharing,so that the inspection results of robots can be effectively transferred and integrated into production management.A centralized control method for inspection robot based on MAS is designed to solve the compatibility problem of robot private protocol by unified information model,and to achieve the goal of fully utilizing the resources of the robot.The use effect shows that the remote centralized control system can integrate the processing data and centrally control the robot,which helps to improve the application of robot intelligence technology.
