高职院校旅游管理专业教学方式转变探究——以“酒店工作英语”为例

摘要 国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》指出,职业教育发展要深化产教融合、校企合作,培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。在此背景下,高职院校的教学方式也应适时而变。本文以高职院校旅游管理专业酒店工作英语课程教学为例,从教学观念、教学方式、教学场景以及评价机制与作业设置等方面探讨高职院校旅游管理专业教学方式的转变。 The State Council’s "Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" points out that the development of vocational education should deepen the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation, and cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality workers, and technical and skilled personnel. In this context, the teaching methods of higher vocational colleges should be changed timely. Taking the hotel working English course teaching of Tourism Management Major in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper discusses the change of teaching methods of Tourism Management Major in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of teaching concept, teaching methods, teaching scenes, evaluation mechanism and homework setting.
