产教融合视角下“社会服务型”新型职业农民培育质量提升路径探究——以江苏省溧阳中等专业学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 在新型职业农民培育中,职业教育在技术支撑、人才支撑及文化支撑等方面具有独特优势和作用。结合产教融合视角,提出新型职业农民培育建议:结合滦阳地方产业特色,遵循政府发展方向,利用江苏省滦阳中等专业学校实训场地和设备,对广大服务型人才进行技术培训,推进新型职业农民培育“滦阳模式”,即“制度规范、校社协作、教学互补、产训结合、信息服务、交流提高、典型带动”,真正在助力乡村振兴、助推精准扶贫、服务地方经济发展等方面取得成效。 In the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,vocational education has unique advantages and functions in technical support,talent support and cultural support.Combined with the perspective of production and education integration,this paper puts forward some suggestions for cultivating new-type professional farmers:combining with the local industrial characteristics of Liyang,following the development direction of the government,using the training sites and equipment of Jiangsu Liyang Secondary Vocational School to carry out technical training for the majority of service-oriented talents,and promote the"Liyang mode"of cultivating new-type professional farmers,that is,"system standardization,school community cooperation,teaching complementary,production and training combination,information services,communication enhancement,and typical example leading".Great achievements have been made in helping rural revitalization,promoting targeted poverty alleviation,and serving local economic development.
