江苏省五年制高职校治理结构建设的成效、问题及路径探析——以江苏联合职业技术学院的五年制高职校为例 被引量:1

摘要 在国家大力发展职业教育的外部治理环境利好背景下,五年制高职校内部治理结构建设取得了一定成效。五年制高职尚未作为一种独立学制、省级政府层面统筹不够、业务部门指导服务力度有限等外部原因,加之学校内部治理结构建设水平提升缓慢,五年制高职校治理成效仍有提升空间。国家教育主管部门给予五年制高职校身份认定,省级政府层面加强统筹协调,业务部门强化指导与服务制度机制建设;学校明确高职定位、执行办学标准,强化制度建设、落实人才培养任务,更新治理理念、注重多元参与,不失为五年制高职校治理结构建设的有效路径。 Under the background of favorable external governance environment for the*scountry vigorous development of vocational education,the construction of the internal governance structure of five-year higher vocational schools has achieved certain results.The five-year higher vocational education has not yet been regarded as an independent school system,the provincial government level is not enough,the guidance service of business departments is limited.In addition,the schooFs internal governance structure has been slowly improved,so the governance effect of five-year higher vocational schools still has room for improvement.The national education authority grants the five-year higher vocational schools identity recognition,the provincial government strengthens their overall planning and coordination,the business departments strengthen their guidance and service system construction.Clarifying their positionsin higher vocational education,implementingthe school-running standards,strengtheningthe system construction,undertaking talent training tasks,renewing the governance concept,and focusing on diversified participation can be effective paths for the construction of the five-year higher vocational school governance structure.
