摘要
为了明确不同瓠瓜自交系的耐热性,探究高温胁迫对瓠瓜幼苗生理生化的影响,以23份瓠瓜自交系为试验材料,研究其耐热性及生理生化指标的差异。结果表明:在高温胁迫下,不同瓠瓜幼苗的耐热性及生理生化指标存在显著差异,而且可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量与瓠瓜热害指数之间存在显著负相关。通过聚类分析,可以将23份瓠瓜自交系分为三大类群,其中以第二类群耐热性最强。在高温胁迫下,可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性、GSH含量等均可作为瓠瓜耐热性的评价指标。在23份材料中,以B-3、B-4、B-5、B-9、B-10、B-12、B-18、B-20、B-23的耐热性最强。
It is great significance to explore the physiological and biochemical characteristics on the heat temperature tolerance of the bottle gourds. The 23 bottle gourd inbred lines were used as experimental materials,and their heat resistance and physiological and biochemical indexes were studied. The results showed that the heat resistance and physiological and biochemical indexes of the bottle gourds were significantly different in heat tolerance. And heat injury index was significant negative correlation with content of soluble sugar and content of free proline and SOD and POD and content of GSH. Through cluster analysis,the 23 bottle gourd inbred lines were divided into three major groups,and the second group had the most heat resistance. The soluble sugar content,the free proline content,the SOD activity,the POD activity and the GSH content could be used as evaluation indexes of heat resistance of gourd. On the 23 materials,B-3,B-4,B-5,B-9,B-10,B-12,B-18,B-20,B-23 had the strongest heat resistance.
