摘要
在现有的全国“县域耕地质量评价指标”的基础上新增剖面构型、有效土层厚度、成土母质和侵入体含量等4个指标,应用特尔菲方法和构造层次分析模型重构了各评价指标的权重,并对仪征市耕地质量进行了评价。结果表明:修订后的评价方法与现有通用评价结果吻合度较高,评价结果不仅能够真实地反应补充耕地存在的问题和地力等级,而且一般成熟耕地的地力等级与现有通用耕地质量评价指标体系评价结果基本一致。修改后的“县域耕地质量评价指标体系”有效地统一了一般成熟耕地和补充耕地质量评价体系,可有力支撑我国补充耕地质量评价与建设管理工作。
Based on the existing national“county cultivated land quality evaluation index”,this study added 4 new indexes,including profile configuration,effective soil layer thickness,soil parent material and intrusive body content.The weight of each evaluation index was reconstructed by the Delphi method and structural analytic hierarchy process model to evaluate the cultivated land quality of Yizheng City.The results show that the revised evaluation method is highly consistent with the existing general evaluation results.The evaluation results can not only truly reflect the existing problems and land capacity level of the supplementary cultivated land,but also the land capacity level of the general mature cultivated land is basically consistent with the evaluation results of the existing general cultivated land quality evaluation index system.The revised“county cultivated land quality evaluation index system”effectively unifies the general matures cultivated land and supplementary cultivated land quality evaluation system,and strongly supports the quality evaluation and construction management of supplementary cultivated land in China.
