针药并举治疗阴虚火旺型盗汗的临床研究

Clinical study on acupuncture plus Chinese drugs on night sweat of syndrome of Yin deficiency with effulgent fire

目的探讨针刺联合当归六黄汤治疗阴虚火旺型盗汗的临床疗效。方法将2018年8月—2019年8月重庆市北碚中医院诊治的60例辨证为阴虚火旺型的盗汗患者作为研究对象,按照患者的就医顺序进行编号后,根据随机数字表将患者分成对照组和治疗组各30例。治疗组予针刺联合当归六黄汤治疗,对照组予当归六黄汤口服。2组均治疗10 d,观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状评分变化,统计2组总体治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组盗汗、五心烦热、神疲乏力、午后潮红、口干咽燥、少气懒言、精神萎靡评分及总评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组上述各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组显愈率为63.3%(19/30)、总有效率为93.3%(28/30);对照组显愈率为33.3%(10/30)、总有效率为83.3%(26/30),治疗组显愈率和总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为6.7%(2/30),治疗组为3.3%(1/30),2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合当归六黄汤口服治疗阴虚火旺型盗汗中医症状改善较单纯当归六黄汤口服治疗更明显,治疗效果更好。

Objective It is to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of night sweats of syndrome of Yin deficiency with effulgent fire.Methods A total of 60 patients with night sweats diagnosed and treated at the Beibei District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019 were collected as research subjects.The patients were numbered according to the order in which they sought medical treatment,then they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to a random number table,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,and the control group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction.Both groups were treated for 10 days.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and occurrence of side effect of the two groups were evaluated and compared,and the changes of Chinese medical symptoms and signs(night sweats,feverish sensation over the five centers,fatigue,afternoon flushing,dry mouth and throat,and lack of breath)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes and the scores of each syndrome(night sweats,feverish sensation over the five centers,fatigue,afternoon flushing,dry mouth and throat,and lack of breath)in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvements of these scores in the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate in the treatment group was 63.3%(19/30),and the total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30);the cure rate in the control group was 33.3%(10/30),and the total effective rate was 83.3%(26/30).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.7%(2/30),that in the treatment group was 3.3%(1/30),there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of night sweats of Yin deficiency and fire-prosperity type is superior to that of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction alone in many TCM syndromes.
