Study Progress on Extraction Methods of Flavonoids Compounds in Plants

总结了植物中黄酮类化合物的提取方法,主要有浸取法(包括水浸法、有机溶剂提取法、碱浸法)、超声提取法、微波提取法、酶解提取法、超临界流体萃取法等,对各种提取方法的优缺点进行了比较,并对黄酮类化合物提取方法的研究前景进行了展望。

The extraction methods of flavonoids compounds in plants were reviewed in this paper,including solvent-leach⁃ing methods(water leaching method,organic solvent extraction,alkali leaching method),microwave extraction,ultrasonic ex⁃traction,enzymatic extraction and supercritical fluid extraction,and the respective advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared,while the development tendency of extractiont methods of flavonoids compounds was presented.
