萃取工艺对超高分子量聚乙烯/白油共混膜的影响

摘要 以二氯甲烷(DCM)为萃取剂,对UHMWPE/石蜡油(LP)共混膜中石蜡油进行萃取,研究了不同萃取条件下UHMWPE共混膜萃取效率、尺寸变化及孔结构形态。结果显示,UHMWPE/石蜡油共混膜在DCM中达到萃取平衡时间约为4 min,萃取液中石蜡油浓度不高于8wt%。提高温度和降低萃取液油含量,可提高萃取效率,减小膜三维尺寸收缩,孔结构形态较好。 The extraction of solvents in ultra high molecular weight mass polyethylene(UHMWPE)/liquid paraffin(LP)blend membrane was conducted using dichloromethane(DCM)as the extractant.The extraction efficiency,dimension shrinkage and hole structure of UHMWPE blend membrane was studied under different extraction conditions.The results showed that extraction balance time was 4 minites and paraffin concentration in DCM was less than 8 wt%.Extraction effi⁃ciency was increased,membrane dimension shrinkage was decreased and hole structure was optimal with elevating tempera⁃ture and lower paraffin concentration.
