摘要
目的:建立产妇宁颗粒的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对黄芪甲苷进行含量测定。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量0.937~9.366μg,进样量对数与峰面积对数呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.9999),平均回收率为95.53%。结论:所建方法可行,专属性、重复性好,可用于产妇宁颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Fufuning granules.Methods:The content of astragaloside IV was determined by HPLC.Results:The injection volume of astragaloside IV ranged from 0.937μg to 9.366μg(R^2=0.9999).The average recovery was 95.53%.Conclusion:The method is feasible,specific and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Fufuning granules.
