油、气色谱分析判断轻瓦斯报警原因 被引量:1

摘要 某发电厂2号主变正常运行中发生低压侧轻瓦斯报警,通过变压器本体油色谱和气体继电器中气体色谱分析,判断变压器内部无过热或放电故障,轻瓦斯报警的原因为空气进入。结合现场实际,1号、5号潜油泵存在漏油现象,判断轻瓦斯报警的具体原因为1号、5号潜油泵存在负压进气,油中溶解气体趋于饱和状态,致使气体继电器轻瓦斯频繁报警。对于通过油、气色谱分析判断轻瓦斯报警原因具有借鉴意义。 In the normal operation of No.2 main transformer in a power plant,light gas alarm occurred on the lowvoltage side.In this paper,through the analysis of the oil chromatography of the transformer and the gas chromatography of the gas relay,it was determined that there was no overheating or discharge fault inside the transformer.Combined with the actual situation,there is oil leakage in No.1 and No.5 submersible oil pumps,and the specific reason for light gas alarm is judged to be that there is negative pressure intake in No.1 and No.5 submersible oil pumps,and the dissolved gas in the oil tends to be saturated,which leads to frequent light gas alarm of gas relay.This paper can be used for reference to judge the cause of light gas alarm by oil and gas chromatography.
