摘要
在高校教学过程中,越来越多地强调有效性,有效性指的是教师用最少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果。因此,学生有无进步或发展是教学有无效益的惟一指标。针对课程特点,制订教学目标,采取适当措施达成目标。对教学活动进行合理设计,提高教师的教学能力,灵活组织教学,激励学生主动地参与学习,从而提高课堂效率。
In the process of teaching in colleges and universities,more and more emphasis is placed on effectiveness,which means that teachers spend the least time,energy and material resources to achieve as much teaching effect as possible.Therefore,whether students have progress or development is the only indicator of teaching effectiveness.According to the characteristics of the course,make teaching objectives and take appropriate measures to achieve the objectives.Design teaching activities reasonably,improve teachers'teaching ability,organize teaching flexibly,encourage students to partici⁃pate in learning actively,so as to improve classroom efficiency.
