Development of Talent Training Program for Pharmaceutical Production Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Specialty and Innovation

立足于高职药品生产类专业创新创业型人才的培养,围绕专业教育与双创教育的有效结合,从行业调研、师资队伍培养、人才培养目标与规格、职业面向、工作任务与职业能力分析等方面出发,按照工作过程的思路,设计人才培养方案,为后续的实施过程做好铺垫。

Based on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of pharmaceutical production specialty in high⁃er vocational colleges,focusing on the effective combination of professional education and entrepreneurship and innovation education,starting from the aspects of industry research,teacher training,personnel training objectives,specifications,ca⁃reer orientation,work tasks and professional ability analysis,according to the thinking of the work process,research and for⁃mulate talent training programs for subsequent implementation make good preparation for the process.
