应用型高校人才培养模式建设探索

On the Construction of Talent Training Mode in Applied Universities

通过对相关企业人才需求进行调研,对化工相关行业人才需求现状进行分析,总结传统的化学类人才培养模式的现状,然后从培养目的、培养模式以及培养效果评价等方面探索如何改变传统的教学模式,使高等学校培养出的人才更适应企业发展的需求。

Based on the investigation of talent demand of related enterprises,the status quo of talent demand of chemical related industry was analyzed,and the status quo of traditional training mode of chemical talents was summarized.Then,from the aspects of training purpose,training mode and training effect evaluation,how to change the traditional teaching mode was explored,so as to make the talent training of colleges and universities more adapt to the development needs of enterprises.
