基于私有云平台的高寒区长距离供水工程预警预报系统研发与应用

摘要 为了有效解决高寒区长距离供水工程多源预警预报信息数据集成和多维度综合预警预报模式的应用问题,本文以高寒区长距离供水工程的安全运维需求为研究目标,提出了一种基于私有云平台的预警预报系统研发思路,详细介绍了私有云平台的特点、系统技术架构、功能设计、关键技术。通过工程实践运用表明,该系统实现了供水工程预警预报“信息技术标准化、信息采集自动化、信息传输网络化、信息管理集成化、警情预报及时化”的技术目标。 This paper proposes a research and development idea of an early warning and prediction system based on private cloud platform,and introduces the characteristics,system technology architecture,function design and key technologies of private cloud platform in detail.In this paper,the safety operation and maintenance requirements of long-distance water supply projects in the cold region are studied,in order to effectively solve the long distance water supply engineering application problem in high cold area,this problem about prediction information data integration and multi-dimensional comprehensive early warning model.The system has realized the technical goals of“information technology standardization,information acquisition automation,information transmission network,information management integration and timely warning forecast”,through the engineering practice application shows it.
