摘要
为探明混凝土衬砌渠道冻胀破坏原因,确保灌区的健康持续发展,以甘肃省疏勒河灌区干渠为研究对象,对挤塑聚苯板在混凝土衬砌渠道冻胀防治中的应用进行了研究,结果表明:设计过程中需根据实际工况合理选用苯板,随着苯板铺设厚度的增加,保温作用的增加变缓,平均1 cm苯板可以减少6.44 mm冻胀量和14.19 cm冻深,5 cm厚的苯板完全满足疏勒河灌区干渠冻胀防治要求,可为苯板厚度的选择及后续的抗冻胀设计提供参考依据。
In order to investigate the cause of frost heave damage of concrete lining channels and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the irrigation area,the main channel of the Shule River Irrigation District in Gansu Province was taken as the research object,and the application of extruded polystyrene board in the prevention of frost heaving of concrete lining channels was studied.The results show that the benzene board should be selected reasonably according to the actual working conditions in the design process.With the increase of the thickness of the benzene board,the increase of the insulation effect is slowed down.The average 1 cm benzene board can reduce the frost heaving by 6.44 mm and the freezing depth of 14.19 cm.The 5 cm thick benzene board fully meets the requirements for frost heave prevention in the main canal of the Shule River irrigation area,and can provide a reference for the selection of the benzene board thickness and the subsequent anti-frost heave design.
