摘要
《价格法》实施22年以来,我国已经形成了比较完善的价格管理制度,价格目录清单制度基本建立,价格行政执法管理更加科学,价格行政服务日益健全。存在的问题包括:《价格法》调整范围具有局限性,调整内容过于宏观,不能切实满足经济社会发展实际需求等。应进一步完善价格法律制度体系,细化价格宏观调控及监管方式,加大对价格违法行为的打击力度,及时修订《价格法》,真正发挥《价格法》的积极作用。
Since the implementation of the Price Law for 22 years,China has formed a relatively complete price management system,the price list system has been basically established,the price administrative law enforcement management has become more scientific,and the price administrative service has become increasingly complete.The existing problems include the limited adjustment scope of the Price Law,the too macro adjustment content to meet the actual needs of economic and social development,etc..We should further improve the legal system of price,refine the price macro-control and supervising methods,increase the crackdown on price violations,and timely revise the Price Law to truly play a positive role in the Price Law.
