国际油价后续走势分析——是触底反弹还是继续走低

Analysis on the subsequent trend of international oil prices:bottom out or continue to fall

2020年3月国际原油价格再次下跌,既有欧佩克与非欧佩克国家未能如期达成减产协议的因素,也有地缘政治冲突加剧的因素。在研判分析当前国际油价暴跌的直接导火索及背后原因的基础上,阐明了后续影响国际油价走势的主要因素,最后提出了扩大战略石油储备规模、鼓励中国企业在原油期货和现货市场上积极作为、更从容合理地推进新能源战略等对策建议。

International crude oil prices fell again in March 2020,which was caused by the failure of OPEC and non OPEC countries to reach an agreement on production reduction as scheduled,as well as the aggravation of geopolitical conflicts.Based on the direct causes and the underlying causes of the current sharp drop in international oil prices,this paper clarified the main factors affecting the trend of international oil prices.Finally,it proposed to expand the scale of strategic petroleum reserve,encourage Chinese enterprises to actively participate in the crude oil futures and spot markets,and promote the new energy strategy and other countermeasures more calmly and reasonably.
