摘要
新一轮科技革命是以数据驱动为主要标志的革命,数字经济已成为世界各国推动经济发展、谋求国家竞争优势的动力和源泉。在中美贸易摩擦加剧、技术封锁强化的外部环境下,必须紧紧抓住5G、云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能、工业互联网、新基建等建设机遇,为强化高端化电子信息产业发展、全面提升电子信息产业水平夯实基础。
The new round of scientific and technological revolution is a data-driven revolution.The digital economy has become the driving force and source of countries in the world to promote economic development and seek national competitive advantages.In the external environment of intensified Sino-US trade frictions and technological blockade,we must seize the opportunities of 5G,cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet,and new infrastructure,so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of high-end electronic information industry and comprehensively improve the level of electronic information industry.
