摘要
本文从某型超材料天线的产品组成开始,对其出现的表面异常鼓起问题开展研究,经过分解故障件查找故障点、开展故障树分析定位故障原因,进行故障机理分析复现问题、明确原因,制定工艺改进措施,优化工艺流程,为类似结构产品工艺设计、问题处理提供了参考。
Starting from the product composition of a certain type of metamaterial antenna,this paper studies the surface abnormal bulging,finds out the failure point by breaking down the failure parts,and carries out the failure tree analysis to locate the cause of the failure.Furthermore,it analyzes the failure mechanism to reproduce the problem and clarifies the failure reason,formulates process improvement measures and optimizes the process flow so as to provide a reference for the process design and problem handling of similar structure products.
