摘要
针对基层气象预报预警人员对于强对流天气(雷雨大风、冰雹、短时强降水)自动预警的实际需求,利用双偏振雷达探测获取的偏振量特征和风暴信息产品,结合适用于华南(特别是粤北)地区的偏振量特征指标,基于.NET框架设计了强对流天气的自动分类预警软件。该软件的交互设置参数功能可适应各地业务实际需求,同时能够将符合报警阈值的风暴单体关键信息与地理区域精确匹配,实现对关注区域的靶向报警。经过业务测试应用检验,该软件的输出结果对分类强对流天气预警具有较大参考价值。
In order to satisfy the demand of convection weather(including thunder gust,hail and short duration heavy rainfall)automatic warning from junior grade meteorological staffs,a convection weather classification warning algorithm software is designed based on.NET framework.This algorithm integrates polarization characters index as well as the storm information products from dual-polarization radar applicable for south China region(especially north Guangdong).The software can be suitable for differential region by modifying interactive settings parameters.Meanwhile,the software realizes targeted warning on focusing areas by matching key storm information which meets warning threshold and geography information.It shows that the output results have reference value on convection weather classification and warning after professional application testing.
