摘要
针对传统的自动追踪控制系统没有考虑一天之内太阳的位置不断变化,太阳光接受率实际上与受光面的位置相关,而忽略了太阳运行规律,导致切换追踪模式时的计算存在极大误差的问题,设计了基于STC8F单片机的太阳能自动追踪控制系统。在硬件方面,设计STC8F单片机作为系统中的连接电路,设计光电检测电路和自动控制电路进行位置追踪;在软件方面,根据太阳运动规律,设计系统自动追踪控制模式,实现对太阳能的自动追踪。实验结果:与两种传统追踪控制系统相比,此次设计的自动追踪控制系统,在计算太阳位置时的误差最小,最贴近实际值。由此可见,基于STC8F单片机设计的系统,更加适合自动追踪太阳能光照位置。
The traditional automatic tracking control system does not consider the changing position of the sun in a day.In fact,the sun light acceptance rate is actually related to the position of the light receiving surface,but the traditional design ignores the sun operation law,which leads to a great error of the tracking mode in calculation.A solar automatic tracking control system based on STC8F single-chip microcomputer is designed.In the hardware part,STC8f microcontroller is used as the connection circuit of the system,photoelectric detection circuit and automatic control circuit are designed to track the sun position;in the software part,according to the law of solar motion,the automatic tracking control mode of the system is designed to realize the automatic tracking of solar energy.Experimental results show that compared with the two traditional tracking control systems,the designed automatic tracking control system has the smallest error in calculating the sun position,which is closest to the actual value.It can be seen that the system based on STC8f is more suitable for automatically tracking the position of solar energy.
