基于变权理论的图书馆文献资源供应商评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Library Document Resource Supplier Based on the Theory of Variable Weight

当前图书馆文献资源供应商评价方法存在精度低,耗时长等局限性,为了提高图书馆文献资源供应商评价的精度,提出了基于变权理论的图书馆文献资源供应商评价方法。首先分析当前图书馆文献资源供应商评价的研究现状,选择图书馆文献资源供应商评价指标体系,然后采用因子分析法确定图书馆文献资源供应商评价指标的权值,并采用数据挖掘技术建立图书馆文献资源供应商评价模型,最后采用具体仿真实验分析了图书馆文献资源供应商评价方法的性能。结果表明,文中所述的图书馆文献资源供应商评价精度超过90%,有效减少了图书馆文献资源供应商评价错误率,评价结果可以为图书馆选择最合理的文献资源供应商提供有价值的参考意见。

At present,the evaluation method of library document resource supplier has the limitations of low precision and long time consuming.In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of library document resource supplier,the evaluation method of library document resource supplier based on the theory of variable weight is proposed.First,the paper analyzes the current research situation of library document resource supplier evaluation,selects the index system of library document resource supplier evaluation,then uses the factor analysis method to determine the weight of each evaluation index of library document resource supplier,and uses the data mining technology to establish the evaluation model of library document resource supplier,finally uses the specific simulation experiment to analyze the library document Performance of resource supplier evaluation method.The results show that the accuracy of this method is more than 90%,which can effectively reduce the error rate of the evaluation of library document resource suppliers.The evaluation results can provide valuable reference for the library to select the most reasonable document resource suppliers.
