摘要
驮英水库大坝为沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝,沥青混凝土心墙是本工程拦河坝的主要防渗结构,沥青混凝土心墙为碾压式。根据长江水利委员会长江科学院提供的《广西驮英水库枢纽工程大坝沥青混凝土初选配合比报告》中推荐的配合比,通过现场碾压试验确定了沥青混凝土及过渡料碾压工艺参数。从对机械设备选型、原材料及拌合料、碾压参数等方面进行质量控制,经现场无损检测、现场取芯样检测和室内沥青混合料抽提检测,沥青混凝土各项指标满足规范及设计要求。
The main dam of Tuoying Reservoir is an asphalt concrete core rockfill dam.The roller compacted asphalt concrete core wall is the key anti-seepage structure of main dam.According to the mix proportion recommended in the Preliminary report of main dam asphalt concrete mix proportion for Tuoying Reservoir Project submitted by Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute of Changjiang Water Resources Commission,field roller compacted test was conducted to confirm the rolling technical parameters of asphalt concrete and transitional materials.The quality was controlled from the aspects of selection of mechanical equipment,raw materials and mixing materials,rolling parameters etc.All indexes of asphalt concrete meet the requirements of specifications and design as shown by field nondestructive test,on-site core sample testing and indoor asphalt mixture extraction testing.
