摘要
广西左江治旱驮英水库及灌区工程客兰东干渠共有改扩建隧洞10座,总长度为1380.3 m。隧洞开挖断面为城门型,最大断面为3.5 m×4.317 m,最小断面2.9 m×3.350 m,洞内围岩以Ⅴ~Ⅳ类灰岩为主。论述了改扩建隧洞施工中多次现场爆破试验及实际爆破的技术要点,并对及各类围岩的最小抵抗线、炮孔间距、装药参数、孔位布置及深度等爆破参数和起爆顺序进行了详细的分析计算。
Kelan East main channel project in the Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone of Guangxi incorporates 10 tunnels to be reconstructed and expanded,with a total length of 1380.3m.The tunnels are all of overturn U-shape section,dimensioning 3.5 m×4.317 m to the maximum and 2.9 m×3.35 m to the minimum.The surrounding rock are most Ⅴ~Ⅳ class limestone.The author demonstrated the key technical points of multiple field blasting test and actual blasting for reconstruction and expansion project.The blasting parameters and sequence were analyzed and calculated for various kinds of surrounding rock,including the minimum resistance line,the blast hole spacing,the charging parameters,the hole position and depth etc.
