高墩渡槽复杂断面槽身施工技术研究

摘要 驮英水库灌区驮英东干渠有18座渡槽,其中15座为U型槽身,3座为矩形槽身,U型槽身为复杂断面。本文论述了采用分段定型模板拼接、承重脚手架支撑体系与贝雷架支撑体系、合理改进入仓口等方式解决U型槽身结构复杂、高空模板支撑体系难度大、钢筋分布较密,仓面狭窄(槽身混凝土壁厚在13~18cm)混凝土入仓,振捣难等一系列问题,在保证混凝土质量的同时加快施工进度。 The Tuoying East main channel of Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone is designed with 18 aqueducts,of which 15 aqueducts are of complex U-shaped section and 3 ones are of rectangle-shaped section.The construction of high altitude formwork support system is difficult.Dense reinforcement and narrow concrete placing surface with the aqueduct wall thickness variable within 13~18cm render difficulties of concrete placing and vibrating.In order to solve the above mentioned problems,ensure concrete quality and accelerate construction schedule,the adopted measures include connecting of sectional shaped formwork,load-bearing scaffold support system and Berey frame support system,improving concrete placing inlet etc.
