渡槽贝雷架24 m预应力槽身预压施工技术

摘要 左江治旱驮英水库及灌区工程修筑的渡槽槽身多数为24 m长预应力薄壁混凝土结构,渡槽槽身采用悬挂式简支贝雷架支撑现浇施工工艺。为了消除槽身结构的非弹性变形并设置正确的槽身预拱度参数,需要对贝雷架槽身进行预压施工。本文以下涧2#渡槽为例,介绍了24 m渡槽贝雷架槽身预压施工流程、预压一般规定以及预压完成后的数据整理和分析方法。 Most of the aqueducts in the Tuoying Reservoir irrigation zone are 24m-long pre-stressed thin-wall concrete structures.The construction technique of suspended simply support Berey frame in-site concreting is adopted for the aqueduct body.In order to eliminate non-elastic deformation of aqueduct body and set up correct pre-arch parameters,pre-stressing construction of Berey frame is required.Taking the construction of Xiajian No.2 aqueduct as example,an introduction was made on the pre-stressing procedure of 24m-long aqueduct Berey frame,the specifications for pre-stressing,the method of data collation and analysis after pre-stressing construction.
