Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project is designed with surge tank.The excavation of surge tank is difficult and has great safety risks due to poor geological conditions,small construction section,poor working environment and construction conditions.An introduction was made on the excavation and support scheme,construction methods,measures for quality control and construction safety as well as the emergency plan.
