驮英水库及灌区工程建设期安全管理工作探讨

Construction-period safety management of Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project

针对水利工程建设规模大,技术复杂,涉及专业较多,管理难度大,安全生产费用投入不足、使用不规范等问题,结合驮英水库及灌区建设实践,从项目法人的角度对水利工程建设期安全管理工作进行探讨,提出具体的管理策略,以提高项目法人安全管理水平。

In view of the safety management problems of water conservancy project such as large construction scale,complex technology,incorporating many specialties,much management difficulties,insufficient and nonstandard use of safety expenditure etc.combined with the construction practice of Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project,from the perspective of project entity,the authors discuss the construction-period safety management of water conservancy project,and put forward actual measures for improving the safety management level of project entity.
