摘要
单个核细胞(MNCs)是指具有单个细胞核的细胞总称,包含多种异质性细胞群,如多种干/祖细胞、免疫细胞、前体细胞等。在骨关节炎(OA)关节腔内注射MNCs,利用不同细胞的协同作用,通过调节免疫、抗炎、修复组织损伤、促进干细胞迁移、促进软骨再生等机制,治疗滑膜炎、退行性变、软骨损伤等,从而发挥消除或减轻临床症状、改善关节功能、减少关节结构组织的退行性变、阻止病程进展等作用,且安全性好。
Mononuclear cells(MNCs)are a heterogenous population of single nucleus cells which include stem/progenitor cells,immune cells,precursor cells,etc.Due to the synergy of different cells,intra-articular injection of MNCs can be safely used to treat synovial inflammation,degeneration and cartilage injury through immunoregulation,anti-inflammation,repair of tissue damage and promotion of stem cell migration and cartilage regeneration,thus eliminating or alleviating clinical symptoms,improving the joint function,reducing the joint degeneration and preventing the progress of the disease.
