摘要
以回坡底煤矿SIEMAG4×4型主提升机为研究背景,基于提升系统故障率高、稳定性差等因素,对提升系统的变频器进行了优化,同时对电控系统进行了全面设计,实际运行噪音较小、振动小,未发现任何故障,具有良好的经济效益。
Taking SIEMAG4×4 main hoist used in Huipodi coal mine as the research background and based on the high hoist system failure rate and poor stability factors,the frequency converter of the hoistsystem is optimized.The comprehensive design of electric control system is carried out at the same time.As a result,the low actual operation noise,small vibration and fault-free conditions are achieved,producing good economic efficiency.
