15CrMo管道药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊根焊工艺性能研究

摘要 在大口径管道施工作业充氩困难、根焊效率较低的工况下,采用药芯焊丝根焊可以很好地解决管道背面充氩的难题,提高根焊效率。通过对金属粉芯型药芯焊丝所焊焊缝金属工艺性能检验,其力学性能可以达到或超过实心焊丝管内充氩的焊接质量,此种工艺有良好的应用效果。 Under the conditions of difficult argon filling and low root welding efficiency in large diameter pipeline construction.However,through the research on the technological performance of CO2 gas shielded arc welding with flux cored wire in heat-resistant steel pipe backing,the results show that the argon filling in the back of pipe and the root welding efficiency can be improved by using flux cored wire root welding.It can solve the problem of argon filling on the back of the pipe and improve the efficiency of root welding.Through the inspection of the process performance of the weld metal welded by the metal powder-cored flux-cored wire,its mechanical properties can reach or exceed the welding quality of the solid wire tube filled with argon,and good application effects have been achieved.
