加强“五化”管理推进党建责任制全面落地

Promoting the Full Implementation of the“Five-zation”Principle to Ensure the Fulfillment of the Responsibility for Party Building

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调,抓党建必须抓责任制,抓责任制必须抓责任人。本文从压实党建责任制入手,通过中石化西北油田治安消防中心党建“五化”管理的探索和实践,在对基层落实党建责任现状调研和分析的基础上,以问题为导向,抓住关键环节,以构建党建工作标准化、规范化为目标,为党建责任制落实探索出新途径。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed many times that the key to Party building lies with the implementation of a responsibility system,the success of which lies with the management of duty holders.Starting with the need to implement a responsibility system for Party building,this paper introduces the“five-zation”management approach adopted by the Public Security and Fire Fighting Center of SINOPEC Northwest Oilfield,offers an overview of the implementation of the responsibility system for Party building at the grass-roots level,and sets out,through a problem-oriented approach,new ways to promote the implementation of such a system,with the goal to realize the standardization of Party building work.
