摘要
在人力资源的重器时代,青年人才培养已成为中国石化“人才强企工程”的战略性安排。本文着力探索如何解决岗位与人才属性的适配、降低岗位边界的制约,通过建立人才属性标签数据池,完善适配岗位及企业需求的动态人才培养机制。
In the era of human resources being regarded as a significant tool,young talents cultivation has become the strategic arrangement for the“Talent to Strengthen Enterprise”project,this paper focuses on adapting talent attributes to job positions,reducing the restriction of job border,and through the establishment of talent attribute“label”data pool,perfecting the dynamic talent cultivation mechanism with adaptive positions and corporate requirements.
