摘要 在环保专业人才强化提高培训项目中,以解决环保工作中的实际问题为目标,构建了“一个目标、两条途径、三项实战、四个环节”的培训模式,在组织实施过程中注重引导学用转化,在解决企业实际问题的过程中进一步提升了学员分析解决问题的能力。 In the Enhanced Training Program for Environmental Protection Professionals,a training model of“one goal,two approaches,three actual applications,and four stages”is constructed with the goal of solving practical problems in environmental protection work.In the process of the training organization and implementation,special attention was paid to facilitate the transformation of learning to application,and in the process of solving practical problems in enterprises the trainees’ability to analyze and solve problems was further improved.
