摘要
ERP即企业资源计划,ERP系统的顺利实施是多角色协作、长周期合作、经历测试、优化、完善的结果。在这一过程中内训师起到了非常重要的作用,深度的参与行为和高度的心理投入直接影响了系统的友好度、易用性、功能的完备,进而影响ERP系统整体的实施效果。
ERP is short for enterprise resource planning.The smooth implementation of ERP system is the result of multi-role collaboration,long-term cooperation,testing,optimization,and improvement.In this pro⁃cess,key users play a very important role by in-depth participation and high psychological involvement,which directly affect the friendliness,accessibility,and functional completeness of ERP system,as well as the overall implementation effects of the system.
