物资管理对于企业的发展有着不可忽视的作用,对物资加强管理,不仅要保障企业正常的生产运行,还要尽力降低企业的生产成本,从而提高企业的竞争优势,同时也要防范、避免采购领域违规事件的发生,而ERP在企业物资管理中的应用,正是通过在物资管理的各个环节提高信息化水平,进而达到提高效率、节省成本、降低资金占用率、提高企业的竞争能力。

Material management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.In terms of materi⁃al management,enterprises should reduce their cost while ensuring the normal production and operation,so as to improve the competitive advantage,and at the same time,enterprises should prevent the violations in the procurement field.However,ERP aims to enhance the informatization in all aspects of material manage⁃ment,so as to improve the efficiency,save the costs,reduce the capital occupancy rate,and raise the com⁃petitiveness of enterprises.
