摘要
国家能源集团重组成立后,历经2个完整的运营年,实现了“联合、整合、融合,合作、合力、合心”,公司生产经营再上台阶。在信息化建设方面,以物联网、大数据和人工智能为代表的信息技术发展,已使智慧企业建设具备信息基础和产业基础。但是,还存在不系统、不全面、不统一、数据碎片化等问题。集团一体化系统建设迫在眉睫,这是创建世界一流企业中关键的一环,也是构建智慧企业,实现“能源+智慧”新动能转换的必由之路。人力资源信息化建设是一项重要基础性工作,优化人力资源信息系统,用好ERP人力资源模块才能真正提高企业人力资源管理效能。
After restructuring,CHN Energy has achieved"union,integration,fusion,cooperation,joint efforts and unity"with two complete years of operation,and the Company's production and operation have reached a higher level.In terms of information construction,the developing information technology represented by the In⁃ternet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence has served as an information and industrial foundation for the construction of smart enterprises.However,there are still some problems,such as non-systematization,noncomprehensiveness,disunity,and data fragmentation,etc.The integrated system construction of the group is im⁃minent,which is a key link in creating a world-class enterprise,and also the only way to build a smart enter⁃prise and realize"energy+smart"new kinetic energy conversion.Human resource information construction is an important groundwork.Only by optimizing human resource information system and making good use of ERP human resource module can enterprises improve the efficiency of human resource management.
