摘要 知识图谱是目前知识库构建和搜索领域最为热门、最为领先的技术与发展趋势。信息系统应用单位、覆盖业务范围迅速扩展带来了运维工作量的大幅提升,现有运维支持体系已不能很好满足用户对高质量、多样化服务的需求。文章基于知识图谱方法论,研究ERP系统运维数据建立知识图谱的方法,论证知识图谱在智能运维应用的可行性。以销售电商平台为研究案例提炼知识模型,优化知识体系,提高知识体系的标准化和完备程度,使业务流程和处理过程图形化,构建知识库,研究形成可视化的网络结构,并对应用场景及效果进行了阐述。 Knowledge graph is currently the most popular and leading technology and development trend in the field of knowledge base construction and search.The rapid expansion of information system application units and business coverage has brought about a significant increase in the workload of operation and mainte⁃nance,and the existing operation and maintenance support system can no longer meet the needs of users for high-quality and diversified services.Based on the methodology of knowledge graph,this article studies the method of building knowledge graph for ERP system operation and maintenance data,and demonstrates the feasibility of knowledge graph in intelligent operation and maintenance.Taking e-commerce platform for sales as a research case to refine the knowledge model,optimize the knowledge system,improve the stan⁃dardization and completeness of the knowledge system,make the business process and processing process graphical,build a knowledge base,study and form a visual network structure,this article expounds the ap⁃plication scenes and effects.
