摘要
以非期望产出的Super-SBM模型测算2006—2017年京津冀、长三角、珠三角三大城市群的绿色发展效率,并采用核密度函数方法剖析其时空演化过程。研究表明:①2006—2017年京津冀城市群绿色发展效率稳步上升,长三角城市群绿色发展效率为平稳波动,珠三角城市群绿色发展效率表现为先降后升,城市群间整体绿色发展效率差异逐渐缩小。②各城市群绿色发展效率为结构性分布,城市绿色发展效率存在等级差异。③三大城市群的绿色发展效率存在分布不均衡现象,不过随着时间推移,京津冀、长三角城市群内该现象有所缓解。
This paper calculates the green development efficiency of the three major urban agglomerations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from 2006 to 2017 with the Super-SBM model of unexpected output,and analyzes their spatial-temporal evolution and convergence characteristics by kernel density function method.Results show that:①From 2006 to 2017,the green development efficiency has steadily increased in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,fluctuates steadily in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and declines before rising again in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations,with the differences among them gradually narrowed.②The green development efficiency of each urban agglomeration is structurally and hierarchically distributed.③The green development efficiency of the three major urban agglomerations is unevenly distributed.But as time goes by,this phenomenon has been relieved in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.
